Brew Pub

Bodensatz Brewing This site is loaded and newly reorganized! So far I have only looked at a few areas of the site, but what I have seen looks really nice. There is a lot more that I haven't had the time to look at, yet, but I will. You can be sure of that!

Evils of tea (and the virtues of beer) An amusing excerpt from William Cobbett's Cottage Econony, published in 1822. It extols the virtues of beer, showing how it is much superior to tea, which seems to be supplanting it as the beverage of choice in England at the time.
Hop Utilization Page Charts and tables for computing hops utilization. Also links to pages that will do the calculations for you.
John Eckert's Home Brewery - RIMS I don't really know anything about RIMS, but, after just glancing at this site I decided that if I wanted to learn about it, this is definately one of the places I would go for information.

Real Beer Page This page is just loaded! The 'Destinations' page lets you select from a list of breweries by name, address, city, state, zipcode, or area code. There are also city and regional guides. The Library has many original articles, links to lots of online versions of print publications, brewzine links, and links to beer authors' web-sites. There are also pages of events, links, and just plain fun. Of course you can use a site-search to find any of this. The only drawback is the pop-up adds for their own beer club.
Rheinheightsgebot A scanned image of the original Rheinheightsgebot - the German Beer Purity Law - an English translation and some other information on the law.
